The competition is open to all individuals between age 15-35 from all countries.Language apply can be English or local languages.Each individual can apply with more than one painting.

All graphic techniques are eligible.
Traditional Paintings (oil/watercolor/pastel/acrylic/ink wash/spray and any other techniques and forms are all welcome to apply)Digital paintings (illustration, comics,โฆ)
