ZAR KHAN’s STORY
My name is Zarghoona wadood and I am from the City of desert Balochistan.
I was born with a Disability.
All I tried since my childhood was to forget about my Disability rather than accept it and that was a FAILURE indeed.
I was blessed to be a part of a family that had strong belief in my Abilities and that is what made me strong enough to be what I am today.
I work for the Rights of people, especially women with Disabilities.
I have a Law degree which proves that we all have Universal rights which makes us Human at the very first so disability is just a different lifestyle and nothing else.
I was and am a person who loves to think in new ways and be an example and set milestones.
When we were all fighting for Accessibility and Mobility I started my struggle for our Reproductive Health as It’s a Taboo to talk about it here, especially for the disabled.
I have accepted myself the way I am and am very comfortable in my skin..
May it be my disability..
May it be my grey hair.
May it be my imperfect Figure..
Believing in oneself does take us far far away from these world’s ideas of PERFECTION because the truth is that we all are Perfect in our Imperfections.
