It’s not always all rainbows, and roses, and colors in human life. Feelings, emotions, behavior and our actions are not the same all the time. Human behavior and emotions change and can’t be the same for all the people that we interact with. We all should understand that “Emotion is not who we are, but it is how we feel at that time.”
A lot of things happen around us. Thousands of problems arise since the day we are born affecting us in many ways- we face, fall sometimes and sometimes shine. I believe we all should face it with morality, gratitude and positivity. Because someone says “foundation of peace and happiness is morality”.
Negativity is where positivity is born. Everything has its pros and cons. Everybody has to face it and come up with better solutions. Every dark night brings a bright and beautiful morning. Tolerance, commitment and confidence can lead us towards success.
Positive thoughts and respect for others lead to a peaceful mind which ultimately promotes good mental health. Our every action can bring change and affect the mental health of ourselves and others too based on our actions.
Powerful things we can do to manage ourselves is,
- Value ourselves
- Notice things in ourselves and around us
- Manage our emotions
- Learn, engage and develop an interest
- Write something everyday about whatever comes to mind and if possible share with the only people who you trust or think can understand
- There is nothing wrong with thinking but act wisely and learn what you feel is important in the coming years.
In addition to this, the fundamentals of happiness can be respecting others and listening to them without any judgments. The habit of critically analyzing the people, their thoughts, behavior and knowledge can also create negativity. We all should promote a healthy learning and working environment with a healthy competition without complaint and criticism.
